Some minor bugfixes in this one, as well as some updates for controller support to make it a bit more playable.

Fullscreen should now (hopefully) work as intended, allowing player resizing. Additionally, some buttons have been remapped on controller, namely to make dodging easier, as well as some updates to menu-ing with both mouse and controller at once.
