I'd have sworn I had paid for it about 1 year ago but nevermind, happy to support the game again ^_^
Game is back up for now!
I've put a new version of Polymute up for download; this time I've tried exporting the executable in a zip file, which should run the same, except that you should leave the .exe in the Polymute folder, and just create a shortcut to it if you want access to it elsewhere.
From here on out, I'm also saying to play at your own risk; I'm, like, 90% sure that Polymute is being falsely flagged as malware by Windows security, given the number of people who haven't had this issue, and the recurring response by Windows Defender in particular. However, with that being said, my previous offer still stands: if you encounter real, actual factual malware derived from Polymute (and have evidence of it), let me know and I'll reimburse you.
So sorry about all of this, and I hope that you all continue to enjoy Polymute for a while to come!
